[Plugin: Share and Follow] The excerpts on my blog page changed when I installed this plug-in

  • First, I’m not exactly sure which v of WordPress I’m using, but I believe it’s the most recent one.

    I installed this plug-in today and all of the excerpts on my blog changed to: “I love facebook, digg, linked-in…” etc. I don’t remember the exact terminology. When I go to read more, the actual post is still there, but not on my main page.

    Now that I’ve deactived Share & Follow, I have a blank excerpt.

    Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

  • I am encountering this problem as well. I can change my excerpts back, however. Any advice as to what we can edit to remove this problem?

    Update: I was able to remove that text from my excerpts by removing the popup text in the Share & Follow menu under Sharing.
