[Plugin: Share and Follow] share and follow print icon not showing

I cannot get the print icon to show in the share section. If I use sprites the print icon doesn’t show, even though it’s checked, and it throws the rest of the line of icons out. If I use the Share and Follow single images the icons stay in line but there’s still no print icon. When I look at the code the <li> for the print icon is greyed out. Is this a problem with the CSS?
