[Plugin: Share and Follow] lost counts after host move

It looks like i lost all my counts after a recent move to a new host
does facebook and twitter save the counts or is it a missing table in mysql?
the page is https://www.rawfoodsonabudget.com/the-beta-project – i used to have a couple hundred but no longer… any ideas?
