[Plugin: Share and Follow] heading is improperly quoted

If I change “Share Text” to say something like: Share “me”
the plugin will not handle the double quotes well. It will show up on the page as: Share \”me\”
Also, going back to the settings, the text will be partially gone.

Same thing with single quotes (‘); they become: \’
