Hi everybody.
According to WP staff on the wp-forums e-mail list, the plugin was removed from the repository a while ago.
AFAIK, the author did not yet address the issue that led to its removal.

while i was waiting to get this, I found a nice alternative, just FYI since apparently there is some unknown, unresolved issue with share and follow. This widget seems really similar and so far is working well for me.

I have had no problems at all with the last edition of Share and Follow.
