[Plugin: Shadowbox JS] Shadowbox not working on WP 3.4?

I’m having this exact problem.

Problem resolved: Shadowbox detects image file extensions in the URL, so the trailing slash wasn’t triggering the plugin. When you insert the image, in the “Link URL” section, click on “Link to image.” This should work for you.

Yeah when I use [gallery] though the javascript and css files don’t load. the images get properly tagged with rel but not support files get loaded.
