[Plugin: Shadowbox JS] Giving a rollover image with Shadowbox

I am trying to get my video images to have a rollover image before you click them to view with shadowbox. Shadowbox works perfectly I’m just having trouble getting code to work to get a rollover image for the thumbnail. I am using html and not css because it’s easier for me to understand. Please help me.
