Plugin Settings – You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

Hello,
When I click ‘Settings’ on the Awesome Support plugin (via the Plugins page) I am directed to a page that says:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
This is at the URL: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket&page=settings
How can I fix this?
