• I have had this problem for quite a long time, and I was hoping any update would resolve it but it hasn’t.

My users have their own dashboard and the Smart-Compare settings are output just below the dashboard content (see image). I have no idea how to solve this. Can you advice?

    Hi @devsaredead ,

This might be triggered by a conflict with the theme or template you are using on your site.

You can check our live demo here with the latest version of WooCommerce, WordPress, WPCstore theme and our WPC plugins there: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosc. There is no issue displayed.

So you can troubleshoot this by:

    • Deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and our WPC plugins. Check the functionality to see if it’s working or not.
    • Reactivate other plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.
    • Change to our WPCstore theme or any other WooCommerce specialized theme to check.

    Best regards.

hello, I had no luck by disabling all plugins, the problem is always there. Besides, if I change the theme I would obviously not be able to view the users’ dashboard. We must think of another solution….

@janilyn409 could you give me some other suggestions? WPC has had many updates but I still got its settings checkboxes thrown into my users’ dashboard. As I said, I cannot change theme otherwise I would not have the users’ dashboard at all.
