plugin settings thrown into user’s dashboard

I have had this problem for quite a long time, and I was hoping any update would resolve it but it hasn’t.
My users have their own dashboard and the Smart-Compare settings are output just below the dashboard content (see image). I have no idea how to solve this. Can you advice?
