Plugin Settings – license number not saved

  • We purchase a PRO license and installed the JW Player on our WordPress site; however, the license number is not being saved in WordPress.

    From the Plugin Setting screen, I select “Pro”, enter the license number and click “save”; however, when I go back to the Plugin Settings screen, the License Version has reverted back to “free” and the license number is blank.

    Please advise.
