Hi there, I’ve added this plugin to start tracking events on the website but after activating it, the plugin gone from the plugin list and it doesn’t show in the menu. My guess is someone had it added already and had it configured to be hidden but I don’t know which user. How can I remove it or reset it so that I can set it back up with my user and access it?

Thank you for trying our plugin.

Indeed, that is clearly the case. The plugin saves these settings in the wp_options table in your WordPress database. Please search for the below settings and delete them:

    • wsal_only-me-user-id
    • wsal_restrict-plugin-settings

Once you delete these you should be able to see the plugin again. Can you please let us know how this works for you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @robert681 I am reviewing the database in PHPMyadmin and in the options table these two items you mentioned are not present. I even searched for them at each level and it returns no results. Any idea?

    Hi @thevalleylist

Can you please export all the options from the wp_options table prefixed with wsal_* ? Basically these are all of the plugin settings. We’d like to see what settings the plugin is saving in your database.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
