    Hi spark,

    That sounds like you’ve created a sales rep and assigned your own WP username to the sales rep. Sales reps are meant to only have limited access to the plugin, so that is why the limited “Sales Rep” menu is displaying. If you remove your WP user from the sales rep, it should resolve the issue.
