Plugin set up with API key but no change to shipping

    Hi, I’ve installed and activated the plugin, added the API credentials and set up pricing based on ￡1 per mile

    Divider set to 1
    Price set to ￡1.00
    Price set to Miles
    Method set to flat rate

    When I add something to cart it says no shipping options available. What am I doing wrong?

  • Hi James,

    Plugin does not affect to the shipping methods in any way. It only adds custom fee to the checkout based on your settings. Please check your WooCommerce shipping options to solve your issue.
