[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Unable to activate after update

  • After updating the pluging I get this message:

    It looks like either…
    1. SEO Ultimate was manually upgraded via FTP and the old files weren’t deleted before the new ones were uploaded.
    2. Or, something went wrong when WordPress was trying to automatically upgrade.

    The solution is to delete the seo-ultimate plugin folder via FTP and reinstall.

    Hi John,

    We found the solution, not only to this problem but all the update related problems: we had to reset the permissions to 755. After that, everything worked fine.
