[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Permalink for custom post type

Hi,

I have a post type “portfolio” and want to remove it in my permalink like website.com/portfolio/postname to website.com/postname can SEO ultimate can do this? I’ve try the permalink tweaker but it doesn’t remove the post type.
