[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Instruction Manual

Is there anywhere an instruction manual that explains step-by-step exactly how to use each module for the beginner-intermediate level user?

I’ve looked here and on Ultimate SEO site as well as searching through Google. I found one helpful video for using the Deeplink Juggernaut, but nothing else that explains how and why to use the other modules.

I’m very computer literate, but not a geek, so references to shortcodes and linkbox inserters does not enlighten me. I want a step-by-step module-by-module “Ultimate SEO for Dummies” style manual.

If you know where it is, please link me to it. If it doesn’t exist, someone should create it.
