[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Header info in body

For some reason when I have this plugin activated all the header info shows up on the body when viewed with developer tools or in firebug. If you view the source everything looks fine. Is this a known issue?

Here is a article talking about the page encoding that solved the issue. Not sure if this is the same thing causing the issue.
