[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Categories only displaying popular categories

    I have a section of custom post types called places in my theme (Geotheme). This plugin looks great, however, under the Title Tag Rewriter section when I click on Place Categories it is only displaying the Popular Place Categories, not the full list of categories for that section.

    I would love to use this plugin but I will need to change the Title Tags for each category in this section. Any idea how to change this?
