[Plugin: Seo Rank Reporter] call to undefined function curl_init()

Hello,

I’ve recently installed WordPress 3.4.1 on my localhost for testing and writing my own plugins. I installed SEO Rank Reporter to add a keyword to it, to watch how the plugin worked. But, I can’t add keywords.

I get the following message when trying to add a keyword:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\seo-rank-reporter\seo-rank-reporter.php on line 412

Is this because I’m on localhost or something? How can I solve this and is there a way to test it on localhost with some fake keywords, just to see al of the functions working?
