[Plugin: SEO Friendly Images] Weird text in Google search results

Hello,
I am using SEO Friendly Images and for some reason now, the name of the file of my images appears in the organic Google search results. I have given my image a Title and Alternate Text, however, in the search results the “file name” appears.
Does anybody know why?
