[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] FB comments with blog excerpts on front page

On my website homepage I only get blog excerpts. I am wondering though how can I activate the FB comments to show along each of the excerpts?
I would like the discussions to start right from the home page and not relying on users to to the single post page.
