[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] BUG – Click to toggle in Dashboard menus

this plugin block some functionality of function “click to toggle” from Dashboard menus or Wigets menu. sometime click to toggle function don’t work.
i have latest version, both wordpress and plugin.

i isolated the problem to this plugin (changed the wordpress version, changed the theme delete other themes, deleted all the plugins except this one).
the problem appear only when i have this plugin copied in the plugins directory (it doesn’t matter if is enabled or no).

anyone one else have this problem ?
