    Which version did you upgrade from?

    Actually can’t remember which was the version, probably was the previous one.

    Well, it if was prior ot 0.7, you’ll need to “migrate” your links. There’s another plugin that came with SEO Auto Linker called “SEO Auto Linker Migration”. Activate it and you links should move over.
