    I just installed this plugin on my website and created a test gift card purchase. The system sent the email to the recipient email. However, an hour later it sent two more emails. Then another two. I’m still getting emails that contains the gift card. Is this a general issue? How can i fix this?

    We haven’t had reports of this happening before, there could be a conflict with another plugin.

    Is it sending the exact same email multiple times, or are there different numbers each time?

    Can you check the Order in the admin area and see if there are multiple gift card numbers created?

    It’s possible something is hung in the WooCommerce email queue. Try disabling the WooCommerce Transactional Email System for the gift cards by following these steps:

    1. Click on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Settings
    2. Uncheck the box that says “Use WooCommerce Transactional Email System”
    3. Click on “Save Changes”

    Hi,
    The code was the same. I’ve got more than ten emails each are the same as the first one. As you suggested, I’ve unchecked that setting and placed another test order. I think it solved the problem.
