[Plugin: Sendit Pro Newsletter] Non compratelo è una truffa! Do not buy it!!

  • Ho acquistato la versione pro del plug-in qualche settimana fa per due motivi:
    1) utilizzare la funzione schedule e la possibilità di tracciare l’invio e la lettura delle mail
    2) perchè la vecchia versione free una volta installata la nuova versione di WP 3.3.1 non funzionava più e non inviava nessuna mail

    Una volta acquistato il plug-in sendit e dopo averlo installato, ho notato che non si riusciva a spedire nessuna mail e che non si accedeva in admin alla funzione schedule.
    Ho scritto nel forum di Giuseppe Surace (lo sviluppatore del plug.in) che dopo qualche giorno mi ha risposto che in effetti il plug-in non funzionava e che gli abilitavo un account di amministratore nel mio sito avrebbe sistemato tutto.
    Abilito l’account e aspetto. ma nulla. allora scrivo una seconda mail e come risposta ricevo delle indicazioni per modificare una stringa in un file del plug-in.
    Modifico la stringa e in effetti il set dello schedule funziona, ma le mail continuano a non essere inviate.

    Riscrivo diverse volte a Giuseppe Surace <[email protected]> ma non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta.
    Sospetto che sia una scusa per dirottare utenti e clienti su un secondo prodotto di newsletter SENDGRID molto più commercialmente interessante per lui.
    Penso che tutto ciò non sia molto chiaro, serio e “onesto”.
    Vi consiglio di non usare e installare e utilizzare questo plug-in Sendit.

    I purchased the pro version of the plug-in a few weeks ago for two reasons:
    1) use the schedule and the ability to track the sending and reading mail

    I change the string and in fact set the schedule works, but the email still not sent.

    Rewrite it several times to Joseph Surace <[email protected]> but I have not received any response.
    I suspect it is an excuse to divert users and customers on a second product in our newsletter SENDGRID much more commercially attractive to him.
    I think this is not very clear, serious and “honest.”
    I advise you not to use and install and use this plug-in Sendit.

  • Ciao Luigi, mi dispiace molto per quello che scrivi..
    Ho fornito assistenza nei wp-admin di moltissime persone che possono confermare cosa dico e probabilmente il tuo problema mi è sfuggito di mano o dimenticato. Te ne chiedo scusa e sono disposto ad aiutarti. Lo sviluppo di questo plugin è molto + complesso di quello che pensi e la mia volontà di aiutare tutti nel wp-admin in prima persona (trovami un altro autore di plugin che lo fa) è solo che una dimostrazione di dedizione nei confronti di un progetto cosi grande e così recensito. Ripeto una svista, sono disposto ad aiutarti ma evita di fare pubblicitò negativa ad uno sviluppatore italiano e soprattutto non pensare che sia un piano per vendere Sendgrid, chiaramente sono affiliato ma non ne ho venduto neanche 1 di account quindi trai le tue conclusioni. Se possibile replica a questo post xchè vedere un italiano che si impegna anche a tradurre DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN è davvero squallido.

    mi dispiace di aver trovato solo ora questa discussione ……. ho infatti acquistato stamattina il plugin e ho scoperto con enorme dispiacere che COMPRARLO non ha fatto altro che peggiorare le cose.

    Con la versione gratuita funzionava e anche bene, solo che non si potevano tracciare le email.

    Ho così deciso di spendere questi 20 eurini, con il risultato di avere un cliente su tutte le furie perché ora non spedisce più niente e si sente danneggiato dal mio intervento, che nemmeno aveva richiesto.

    Il colmo: se anche disinstallo il plugin, la versione gratuita non torna a funzionare…

    my post is in italian just because the developer of the sentit plugin is italian, and he’s not responding to emails or other contact form. This is the only place where i found a recent answer (3 weeks ago) and i hope to get a quick answers to the troubles his Send it Pro plugin (20 €) caused me.
