Plugin Sending blank messages

I am consistently getting blank forms submitted for one of my contact forms. I have tested the form multiple times and there is no way to submit it without filling out all the required fields, yet I still get blank forms all the time. It is almost like the form is submitting itself all the time. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for this issue?
