Plugin seems to no longer be working

It seems this plugin is no longer working. I have deactivate, deleted, and reinstalled, and still the phone mobile version of my site still looks exactly like the desktop version, and there is no mobile menu, just the desktop menu. Help please! https://www.maryannekennedy.ca
