Plugin seems to break WP WYSIWYG Editor

Since the WP 4.0 update, when I have WP Last Modified plugin enabled I cannot switch between Visual/Text and I cannot use the Add/Edit Link buttons in the WYSIWYG editor. I don’t see the connection at all, but as soon as I disable the plugin they work, when I enable it they stop working.
