[Plugin: Search Everything] Works a treat

Was attracted by the relevance aspect of another search plugin, Relevanssi, but couldn’t get it to work.
After testing about 300 plugins for various client jobs, I no longer wait around if one doesn’t set up quickly, and fire up first time.
Search Everything does enough for most site visitors and was on the air within 60 seconds; the ‘Test-search now’ box is a thoughtful and timesaving touch.
