and without any doubt I am having the exact same problem as what the other members have stated here earlier.

Don’t you think opening numerous unresolved threads for the same problem topic is actually spamming?

no – imho, it will actually emphasize the problem much more than lots of ‘me too’ replies in an un-resolved topic.

a new topic attract more attention than a month old unresolved one.

I am opening a new thread for the same issue and I sure hope that it grabs the attention of the plugin developer.
