[Plugin: Search and Replace] Older version worked

I used to love search and replace. I used the new version yesterday and didn’t have the same success as I have had in the past. In this case I wanted to change the names of custom fields. Other times I’ve used it were only for changing directories of things after moving wordpress. It changed a few custom fields names but missed dozens.
