[Plugin: Search and Replace] Custom Post Type / Taxonomy related posts

I love this plugin it’s awesome. The problem is that my new site has a custom taxonomy and a custom post type. I am trying to do a mass search and replace in my Yoast meta data, but the search is not showing anything under the custom taxonomy or post type.

Is there anything I can modify to make it pick these up in the search?
