[Plugin: Scrolling down popup plugin] Auto scroll the window

Hi,

I would like to ask there is an option where you can auto-scroll the popup window once it appear. I can see that the window freezes on a certain position and I think that it would be great if the popup window automatically scroll as when you scroll the website unless you click the close button.
