    Hi,

    Does Zakra theme utilizes wp_enqueue_scripts correctly?
    Can I use plugin Scripts To Footer safely?

    Yes, you can use wp_enqueue_scripts in Zakra. But the plugin is not tested. You can try using it for your site. Please let us know if there is any issue.
