    Hey User1111000222,

    Hope you’re doing well today and thanks for your question!

    Can you provide a link to your site so we can see exactly what is going on? That will help us troubleshoot and resolve the issue ??

    Look forward to hearing back.

    All the best,
    Tyler

    Hey User,

    Sorry for the delay here!

    Would it maybe be easier if you sent in access through our private contact form at WPMU DEV? Then I could activate it and see what happens then deactivate it right after? ??

    If you want to do it that way then:

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Tyler Postle
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    -link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

    Select “I have a different question” for your topic – this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me ??

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

    You can include FTP if you like, might save us from having to ask for it later.

    Look forward to hearing back User!

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    Hey User,

    Thanks for sending that information in ??

    I checked it out and I see the issue you’re referring too.

    Is this a custom theme you have designed? I only ask because I see it has the same name as your site ??

    Can you try swapping to the default 2014 theme, does the issue still happen? This will help us narrow it down. Then we can start looking further into the code of the theme if needed. I would of swapped out to the 2014 theme myself, but wasn’t sure whether you have visitors right now or not.

    Thanks again for sending that info in. I am just about to go to bed, but will check back for your reply in the morning and be able to look more indepth into the conflict here.

    Talk to you soon user!

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    PS. I have CoursePress on your site right now, but it’s deactivated ??

    Thanks User, I’ve replied back ??

    The FTP you sent in was restricted to only the plugins folder. If you could make that the themes folder, or better yet, the wp-content folder – that would be awesome.

    Look forward to hearing back!

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    Hey User1111,

    As mentioned in our email conversation, the issue is due to your theme and CoursePress having different styles for .clearfix class.

    To solve it, all we need to do is add in this CSS:

    .clearfix {
    display: block !important;
    }

    The “!important” declaration is to ensure this style takes priority over the ones that are already set ??

    Hope this helps! Have a great rest of your day.

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    Hey user,

    Hope you’re having a great day!

    Just wanted to update this post as you reached over email ??

    The issue here was Theme/Plugin styles conflicting still.

    Have a great rest of your day and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    All the best,
    Tyler

    Hi User,

    The issue should be resolved with the latest release.
