[Plugin: SB Welcome Email Editor] Sending to admin, but not users

Strangely, emails won’t send out anymore to the users when they register. I’m using SB WordPress Welcome Email Editor, as well as WP SMTP plugin.
It was working before, but it stopped after a while. And now, emails won’t even send when registering, even when all the plugins are deactivated.
Anyone else running into similar issues?
