I’ve installed the Constant Contact form plugin and connected to my account, however the plugin says “No Lists Found” when I actually have several lists created and populated. If I click on “Create a List” I am sent to URL/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_lists with the message “Invalid post type.” I am running WordPress 6.0 with the free Kadence theme, PHP 7.4.3, all plugins up to date. If I can’t get this plugin to work, is there still an option to create an embeddable form on the Constant Contact website?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

First up, yes the form creation and embeds via constantcontact.com is still definitely a valid option.

In general, are you seeing a menu like this?

Are you able to see created forms and create new ones if desired? Except the list area isn’t populating?

Trying to narrow down what’s working and what’s apparently not for you.

Thank you for your quick reply! All of a sudden I have lists! I am guessing because I had just installed the plugin and immediately created a form, maybe it took a while for the plugin to fully connect. Problem magically solved.

Odd, but I’m not going to complain either ??
