Plugin says Google API key is valid despite white spaces, doesn't load fonts.

    I pasted my google API key. It had a white space before and after. The advanced tab claimed it was good but no google fonts showed up in the list.

    Then I deleted the white spaces before and after. The advanced tab said it was NOT valid, but google fonts showed up.

    Seems like you have an entry validation error. Really, you should be running a trim on the key either way so white spaces (commonly included if you copy an existing key by selecting it manually) don’t trip things up.
