[Plugin: Sayfa Sayac] Good plugin, but code is unreadable (written in Turkish)

I think this is a good plugin. It is easy to install and works without problems.
Unfortunately the code is written in Turkish language, so it’s impossible to modify or debug.
Please take the effort to rewrite the code in English language.
