What is about WP multisite with SABRE plugin ?
Now in v1.1.1 7 months ago

CAUTION: The use of Sabre in multi-site mode (formerly WordPress MU) is an untested feature and will probably not work or give unexpected results.

Sabre will be running in mono AND multisite mode in the next version. It will be released when WordPress 3.1 is out.
I guess you won’t have to wait for too long now as WordPress 3.1 is in its RC2 phase.
Thanks for being so eager for Sabre!

Maybe I missed something but I don’t remember of some link to a russian translation for Sabre.
But if you have one, I will be happy to add it in the FAQ.

    Regards.

I have fresh install wordpress 3.1 and plugin 1.2.0 and “Confirmation options” disapear in this version. I think because of this, user not receive email or password to activate they blogs.

Confirmation options are disabled when using Sabre in multisite mode as it uses the default behaviour of WordPress in this case.
