[Plugin: Sabre] Erroneous "ERROR: Invalid IP address."

Every wordpress site that I try to register to with Sabre blocks me. I am not a spammer or bot, I’m just a simple Canadian.
Most recently happened while trying to register at ludumdare.com
I get:
ERROR: Invalid IP address.
ERROR: Registration stopped by Sabre.
