Alert message appears by default when /wp-login.php is loaded

  • For some reason I keep getting a message alert by default every time I open /wp-login.php. I’m using the spanish version, so the message is:

    ERROR: El nombre de usuario y/o la contrase?a no son correctos.

    (Error: Username and/or password are incorrect)

    What could be causing this? Also, could this be the reason why some days ago my admin account was blocked? (I had the Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions activated).
