[Plugin: RSVP Plugin] Special Chars not working

First of all, congrats for this great plugin. But i found a bug. In some options, special characters like “~”, “′”, “`”, “^” aren’t working. So far, I found this issue in “Custom Questions” and “Guests”. Reading your code, I realized that it appears when you use “htmlentities”, instead of “htmlspecialchars”.

I don’t know if you are interested to this, but i think it will be very useful for internacionalization of your plugin.
