[Plugin: RSVP Plugin] European Characters not handled correctly

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the great plugin. I’m working with the 3.0 beta version, and noticed that european characters such as Umlauts or é,è,à are not handled correctly. E.g. “Cécile” is printed as “C??cile”.

This for both downstream (to the DB – during import of attendees, european chars are replace by ‘?’) and upstream (if I correct the name in the DB, above result is displayed)

Can I set the correct encoding somewhere?
