    RSSimport plugin works fine for many sites but sometimes it does not work properly. It imports a different content than my browser does.
    I happen to encounter this problem with bing.com search feeds. The plugin sometimes import only a part of the content, sometimes all of them and other times none of them.

    I tried adding

    ini_set(‘user_agent’, ‘Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9’);

    at the beginning of the plugin file and also turning off simplepie feature but none worked.

    Any ideas? I could also use google search instead but I could not have it work with rss.

  • This is a very specific usage…not seen the issue so far. Do you have a feed url example?

    Thanks for paying attettion.
    I figured why. The sites such as bing.com.tr give different feeds for different countries. That’s why I got different results than I got from my computer at home.

    Ok, thanks for the follow’up !
