[Plugin: RSS Manager] Thumbnail images not working

Hi,
It says that if you are using WordPress 2.9 or higher it will automatically use built-in thumbnails. But with the plugin activated, I don’t see any images in my RSS feed. Is the plugin broken or have I got something wrong?
