[Plugin: RSS Includes Pages] Custom Taxonomies

It would be nice to have 1 setting available for this plug-in, the ability to pick from a list of custom taxonomies configured on the site.
For example, I have “pages” that have a post_type of “workshop” and “article” that I wanted to include in my feed. A quick edit to the plug-in worked, but having this in the UI would be fantastic.
