[Plugin: Rotating Posts] Custom Field ID

Hi,

I love your rotating posts plugin.
But I have a question, is there a way to be able to change the thumbnail image after I go to the specific post.

For example,
Originally the thumbnail is an empty checkbox, but after I enter the specific post with that empty checkbox as its thumbnail, I want it to change to a checkbox with a checkmark.

How can I do this.
