[Plugin: Role Scoper] How to exclude Jetpack (and stats) for several users

Hi all,
is that possibile to exclude such plugins (as Jetpack or Contact form 7) for several users?
The main problem is that I don’t want site stats to be showed when an author log-in.Thank you
