[Plugin: Robots Meta] Homepage permalinks change by Amazon astore tool

Hi

I have just been messing about with an AMAZON online store for my website.

It seems to have redirected my home page to the online shop page I created (and now deleted).

So when I click on the home page (only) it goes to mysite.com/online-shop instead of mysite.com.

Some how I have changed my permalinks using this amazon estore tool ?

Any clues would be most grateful, as its lost me.

Should i do a new htaccess file,

I have tryed to change my permalinks then change them back, no joy with that.

Sorry not to hot on messing with websites.
